I run a Facebook group of nearly 2,000 members. When I create an event, I click on "invite all members". However, it shows only those who are Facebook friends of mine. Does this still invite everyone? Some people in the group claim they were never notified.
Furthermore, I create a chat for each event and I try to invite everyone from the group to this as well. Of the 1,700 members, I see that less than 100 are members of a chat.
What am I doing wrong for each situation? It should be easy to have everyone in the group notified when there is a new event or chat. Does each member need to turn on a setting for each of these? Hopefully default is that notifications for these examples are on.
