How are these hackers getting in? I didn't even get a notification about any suspicious activity from Facebook.

I have 2fa on, all my Facebook settings are set to friends only (no public posts) a complex password and I'm on wifi 7.
Should I completely delete my Facebook before they can do anything with it? I don't understand how they could bypass 2fa and how I wouldn't even get a notification from Facebook about any suspicious activity.
