Bit of a long story but...

Person A sets up a Page on FB for his brother (Person B).

Person B passes Business to me. I had some access to FB, but not full.

I passed the business back (complex situation), but Person B no longer has FB. I can't pass it back, so I remove myself from the page (back in 2021) and Person A is now showing as the admin.

Person B now needs to use the FB page (it has 16k followers) but can't access to. Person A can't act as an admin, even though his name is showing when I try to request access. When I attempt to get access (so I can then pass it on), it all looks normal, except Person A never receives the request. He can't see the page, he can't request access to the page etc.

TLDR:

Person A shows as the admin to me, but isn't and can't seem to do anything

Person B wants access, but can't do anything to attempt to get it.

Me can see all of this, put in requests, but there's no-one to accept the request.

Person A and myself are stuck in endless loops. Occasionally we get invalid lines, but in short, we can't figure it out and it feels like we've tried everything. What do we do?
