a while ago when I woke up, I opened my bank account to pay for my parcel and I immediately noticed that an amount of $561 (31,137 PHP) was deducted from my bank. I rushed to the nearest branch of my bank and they traced it from this so-called “merchant meta play store facebk trtn”. It was impossible that this was done by no OTP or PIN texting me if I made this purchase whatsoever. The customer service said that they’ll investigate this and I also checked my Facebook payment methods if I added my card information but it shows there that I have no payment information AT ALL. I emailed Facebook right after I’ve done my transaction with the bank. Can someone please help me on what should I do next? This is so frustrating.
