Never have had this happen what does it mean or what do I do to fix it.

Ok so me and this girl I've been dating have each other as friends on Facebook. She can see all of my posts my photos friends literally everything but for some reason sometimes it won't let me send her a message on messenger even tho I haven't restricted her/blocked her and vice versa. If I go to her page it won't show anything at all except mutual friends and her profile picture and even then it won't let me like or comment on it.
