Facebook help: iPhone please help

Every time I log onto Facebook, I am Unable to see a lot of my notifications as well as different posts on my group pages with other people in the group could see. I’ve tried a lot of different things such as powering of my phone uninstalling, then installing Facebook again, updating to the latest version on the App Store, but nothing works.
