Need Help with Admin Rights on Business Page

I'm the new CEO of company that's been around for 16 years. The previous CEO is AWOL and won't add me as an admin to the company's page. I know previously that you were able to fill out a form and provide meeting minutes and other official documentation to takeover a page but that no longer seems available.

Searched everywhere and can't find a fix. There is no 'are you the owner' on the page. Reporting the page just leads to me various links that don't solve the problem. Can't find a contact us anywhere.

Can anyone lead me in the right direction or let me know who I can contact?
