I need to delete an FB account I have no access to.

I am going into the professional world and need to delete an old Facebook account. I do not have the email or phone number attached to the account anymore.
What can I do? Wasn't there an option some time ago to send in your license? Is there a third party that can do this if Facebook won't? Thanks
