This has been annoying me for so long that I am now officially seeking help from gurus here.

Its been happening for years. Or rather not happening.

I am part of several facebook groups that I want to receive notifications for every new post that goes up for them. And I don't get any. I will occasionally receive a notification about a new post, that will end up being days or weeks old.

I have scoured google and forums and nothing seems to work. For context:

My fb notification settings in the app are set to send me notifications for every post in these groups.

My fb notification settings are set to send push notifications and are in no way disabled.

My app notifications on my phone allows all notifications for fb.

I have set facebook to never sleep.

I have disabled battery optimisation for facebook to allow it to run uninterrupted by any background battery stuff.

I got a new phone last week and the issues persist on my new phone. Galaxy Note 10 to be exact. So the app has been freshly installed and all up to date.

I genuinely don't know what to do. And considering the groups I am in are all buy/sell groups, I want to stay informed without needing to manually check the groups constantly.

Can anyone offer any assistance on this?
