Need help getting back into my account

My account was hacked about 2 weeks ago. I was finally able to get it back to being visible and away from the hacker. But now I still can’t sign in. I have tried numerous times to change my password and update my email address to no avail. I keep getting this error every time I try to reset my password to let me in. Please someone help me out!! I’m desperate at this point!!
