I've narrowed my decision down to two F-150s. Wondering which of the two engines is better for towing?

Hey guys. Quick pre-purchase question.
I'm trying to decide between two F-150s, both are 2014's.
Both are quad cab XLTs, and the only major difference between them appears to be the engine:
- One has the 3.5L EcoBoost V6 GTDi DOHC 24V Twin Turbocharged engine.
- The other has the 5.0-liter V8 engine.
I'll be using it for towing a fairly lightweight 23' travel trailer, and just wondering which of those two engines would do the job best.
