Is 61k miles a lot on a used 3.5L ecoboost?

Hey guys I’m looking for some insight as to if 61,000 miles on the used F150 I want to purchase is way to much? I’m looking to pay $40,000 CDN and it’s a 2021 3.5L ecoboost - what are your guys’ thoughts on the truck with that amount of miles? It’s Lead Foot coloured and I’ve fallen inlove with this colour - the only thing holding me back is the miles.
