Transmission filter change at 60k?

My 2019 2.7 SCREW is coming up on 60k. I put about 5k/year on it pulling a 5k travel trailer through the Appalachian mountains up and down the east coast. I want to get the transmission serviced before the power train warranty expires.
I've got one dealership telling me to change the trans fluid AND the filter. I've got another dealer telling me they don't do the transmission filter, only the fluid. Waiting on two dealer service advisors to call me back.
Is this advisor just trying to upsell me?
