Found a 2020 f150 XLT with 54k mileage for 36k. Is this a good deal?

As the title says , I found a used 2020 Ford f150 XLT at my local planet ford. 54k mileage priced at 36k. It has the 3.5 ecoboost engine with twin turbo. I personally would love a higher trim but refuse to pay 40k for a used f150. Am I getting a deal on this truck?
