Will this tuner work on my 2016 3.5L ecoboost?

Title says it all, just a local add for a tuner, and while I have researched as best I could, I’m still pretty ignorant about this kind of stuff. All it says in the add is “Used in my 2013 F150 3.5L eco boost. It should work on 2011-14. Not sure if it will work in other models. Price is obo. If the add is up it’s available.” And if it will fit my truck, what does the 3 unlocks mean? Like I can change the tune of my truck three times before I have to buy more?
Any knowledge is appreciated, thank you guys!
