Motor swap

Curious on everyone's opinion, I have a 10th gen half ton 2wd. Plan on giving it a lil more go go juice lol. But this is my "first" Ford, and not sure which is best route to go. My goal is atleast 300whp. I have the 4.6, originally planned on boosting it, not a ton, but just enough. But now I've been thinking, what about a 5.0 or the Ecoboost? What's y'all's opinion on it
