Post Body

Walking out to my truck this morning, I saw a small puddle about 4" in diameter. Was taking it in for brakes anyway, so asked them to check it out while there.

They called saying it was the coolant leak and that the upper radiator hose, T connection, and water pump all need to be replaced, and that the leak I saw was a cold leak. From what I've seen the coolant leak is pretty common around this year, but I've also read that replacing just the T connection and upper radiator hose is the solution, so I'm questioning if I actually need the water pump replaced as well.

I'm not necessarily the most mechanically inclined so wandering what those more experienced with this issue have to say.
