First oil change since buying question

What’s goin on y’all. Happy to be here after trading in my ST for the truck. So, I’ve gone about 3600 since buying her at 71k. She’s a 3.5 non ecoboost V6 and my question is what’s the capacity exactly? Seeing some places say 6 and others say 6.3. I’ve always ran full synthetic mobile 1. Shouldn’t have any issues swapping whatever is in it to full synthetic correct?
