I only practiced veganism for 1 year. In that year I was never satisfied, ever, no matter how much I ate. I was always low energy, foggy headed, and irritable. I did not have a lean body. It was skinny fat. And TMI, my body never got used to digesting veggies, especially spinach. The veggies came out looking like they were only partially digested. My body loves animal products. My bowel movements are perfect. Energy and satiation are perfect. My nails, skin, and hair are soft strong and grow quickly. My mind is much sharper. Sorry, people. Some people may thrive on plants, but not everyone can.
