30 female- sooo in 2021 I went more vegetarian and then went fully vegan that year. Was being confused online heavily that plant based was the way to go bc anything else caused disease. During that time I was overweight and I had a healthcare so I went full fledge into veganism. At first ofc I felt so good. Weight was melting off like butter and I was finally eating whole foods like fruits and veggies etc. Prior I was drinking soda daily and eating frozen meals and non sourced meats and eggs and dairy. So truly at first I really thought I was doing right by myself and ethically as well.
Fast forward to this year and I am researching non stop and can't seem to figure out why I'm so tired. I figure I'm lacking something. Also I feel Ive getting issues with hormones because my prior to my menstrual cycle I crash hard the weeks leading mentally depressed etc.
So basically idk what the point of the post is but I just hope I'm making the right decision to maybe try more foods. I am feeling so ridiculous for being scared but I got eggs and butter today. Pasteurized organic eggs and clean butter. I have been eating salmon here and there when I can afford it and occasionally tuna. So I feel this probably isn't a huge move but still. The veganism really kinda maybe messed with my head because I feel so darn scared and guilty. I worry I'll develop a disease going back to this diet. I know it's not rational but yeah 😔 how did you guys do it?
