I feel sad, agitated, and braindead if I go without meat for too long/eat a bunch of carbs.

Every once in a while, I get lazy or depressed or just don't realize I haven't eaten much meat in a couple days and I feel like absolute shit. I can't believe I worked retail as a vegan for 4 years. I felt so unstable all the time. Cognitive function was screwed. Today I'm wearing leftover pasta from dinner last night and haven't had any meat except a small portion yesterday. I'm depressed. Guaranteed I'll feel better once I get some protein.
