Ex-vegans, what made you start eating meat again and how did you do it?

I (F23) have been vegan for seven years and I feel like crap. I am sad for robbing myself from the nutrition I needed while growing. I am sad for lifting weight for years but not seeing any progress. I feel nauseous all the time and sleep about 10-13 hours per day. I have now started eating eggs and milk for the past month and I am already noticing health benefits (for example I havenโ€™t been bloated ever since I stopped being vegan. While being vegan I was bloated every single day).

I still feel tired all the time however and I want to speed my recovery by starting to eat fish and chicken.

However I do feel grossed out by these types of food and I am wondering - if you have been vegan and started eating meat again, how did you do it?

I developed a soy sensitivity. I also lift weights so I was eating a lot of soy based products for protein. I never felt sick tho, just got tired of the acne that came with eating soy
