I’m ready to call it quits! I finally accepted that I’m going to eat meat again. Some time ago I just tossed the idea around. I’m done with trying to justify or allowing guilt to interfere. I’ve accepted that this is my choice now.
I want something non junk food and clean, and a little portion to start.
I live in a large city, I’m trying to avoid cross contamination via food delivery. I’m nervous to cook it for not having had in years.
Not sure what the first meal will be.
Unfortunately prior to meatless I never liked fish.
I tried fish last year and I didn’t really like it, and never have except tuna, but
That might be a little too much for me right now in regard to texture
I was thinking chicken but I read it’s more harsh on the stomach?
Any pointers
