ELI5: Why exactly is it bad to not chew your food? Wouldn’t the gastric juices in the stomach digest it anyway, and wouldn’t not chewing your food be beneficial to feeling fuller for longer periods of time?

The second question, to clarify: wouldn’t not chewing your food thoroughly actually be better to feel fuller for long periods of time for WEIGHT LOSS purposes?

[edit] I meant why is it bad to not chew your food thoroughly. Of course you can choke if you swallow a steak whole, but is there a major difference in benefit between chewing my pizza 5 times and swallowing, versus 20 times and then swallowing?
