ELI5: If I am an 18 year old with no insurance and I get a severe toothache, under Obamacare how much would it cost for me to get it fixed?

Basically I'm wondering if I am someone who is 18 and does not have insurance and less say I get a toothache is that "covered" under Obamacare? If not what is?
