Getting paid from ProSapient?

I do about 150 calls a year, and a small number of those (about 5) are with ProSapient.
I have inordinate amounts of trouble getting paid by them — their payment interface is consistently blank for me, and they're nonresponsive over email. The individual associates are fine, though; no issues there.
Is there a phone number I can ask my assistant to call, or a way to get in touch with them? They don't seem to respond on the payments address.
