What do I have to upload on my FBAR?

Hi guys, last year I took out a loan for 250.000 CZK so I'll have to file my FBAR for the first time.

I keep getting conflicting answers and I'm not sure so Id like to ask here for your help.

I understand that to file I have to write all of my account information in the file, but do I also have to include copies of my account statements?

If so, do I have to include statements ONLY for year 2023 (the only year I ever passed 10,000$) or do I have to include information and account statements for the last 6 years?
