Moving out of NL

Moving out of NL after a month

Hello, I'm an expat from Asia and just recently arrive here in NL. I was hired by an agency and supplied to a client company. While I was here after a week, I got a message from an employer outside NL where I previously applied. I decided to decline it as I just started and I think it would be too hassle for me. However, after a week they called me again and trying to negotiate with me - after careful thought and considering my personal situation (family consideration too), I decided to accept the offer. Just to add, I read my contract carefully and it is written in there that I have 1 month probation where either party may terminate the contact or I will need to render a month notice if I'm going to resign after my probation period.

Here is the problem, so 1 day before my probation period ends, I informed my agent that I have plan of moving out of NL if my visa is gonna be approved in another country. After explaining my situation, they are not happy with my decision. I have not resigned yet but I informed them of my plan just for them to be aware. I expect them to be unhappy with my decision but:

1st Issue:. They did not give my first salary now and is saying that I have resign in a short notice. I said I have not resigned yet but informed them of my plan. It is too stressful for me considering I just moved here, I got family too feed back in Asia. They are saying I use their agency as a stepping stone, but it is not true. I decided to accept the offer as base on my contract I can resign provided I render 1 month and there's nothing in that that states I need to pay all those cost they spend on bringing me here. What are your thoughts or suggestions on this?

2nd Issue: They are the one who look for my apartment here in NL and so they I am in a 2 room apartment with my colleague. I am under a fixed term contract of 1 year and the agent is saying me that if I leave the country the owner of the apartment will still chase me to pay the rent in the house. But from what I read in one thread here, I just need to inform the owner of the house by serving 1 month notice also.

I'm in a very tight situation now coz I don't know what to do. I inform them so I will know also my obligations with them.

But I think they are not happy with my decision and is pressuring me now. I can't start yet with the other opportunity as they are on the process of applying my visa.

My concern is I think I should still receive my salary. Because I informed them of my plan but I did not resign formally. I told them I would leave if Im gonna get my visa approved.

Pls share your thoughts. Positive or negative, it is okay. Or if you have suggestions who can help me here in NL, pls advise.
