Someone who moved from Berlin to London?

I'm in my early 30s single working in tech and live in Berlin on one side I enjoy the openess and how easy to meet new people here on the other side it's a bit crazy city, a lot of burecracy and tbh in my career I need to speak fluent German which is a hustle and would take couple of years to achive. I have an open offer to move to London and kinda considering it....
What was your experience in moving? Cultulary and friendsip wise? What city did you enjoy the most? What was better for your career?
