I know it’s a long way away but hear me out. I get about 6 weeks in pto time a year. I plan on staying somewhere for about 4 weeks a year until we find somewhere we like. I figure there’s more than 9 places we would like to investigate and visit before deciding. There’s a few cities in Thailand that are really interesting, Mexico looks nice, we have considered coata rica and have spoken about the Philippines. Our house will be paid off by then and I will have about 6000 USD in income from a pension. We are looking for someplace warm and nice weather throughout the year, someplace close to beaches. Someplace where we are going to live comfortably and not worry about income while also feeling safe. My daughter has expressed wanting to come if we ever decided to do something like this but she’s also just turned 13 so I’m still of the mindset that it’s going to just be the wife and I. What suggestions would you all have? We plan on starting our search and traveling in 2025
