I don't know where to send this and I don't know if this is appropriate for this group if not please tell me where to post this.

I'm literally scared of everyone near me. I don't know why but I just am scared of them like whenever they are close or that I know they are near me I feel like something bad is gonna happen like a jump scare.

Everyone. My parents, brother, sister, aunts, uncles, grandparents. I just feel scared when I'm around them and I don't know what to do, I just want to close the door, lock it and never come out.

Can someone please help me
