Post Body

There's a new show on Netflix called Bodies. It's about British cops in different time periods trying to solve a seemingly similar crime.

The cop in the present is a hijab-wearing woman. She's portrayed as a pretty liberal-minded person. There is an interesting development with her character though.

MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD

In the future she no longer wears a hijab, she has multiple tattoos, and she wears tanktops. It seems that she is no longer a practising Muslim, and maybe even ex-Muslim. She's still a major protagonist though.
