2 things to start off with:

1) I haven't gotten my records removed only because I keep forgetting about it (I'll probably get on it today though)

2) My parents and siblings have also left the church (long before I did, in fact) and as far as I know, they haven't been in touch with any missionaries in a while.

I left the church in 2020 and since then moved twice, 2 different states each time. And each time the missionaries have found me and texted me. The first time I moved, I'm sure it's because my grandma (a lifelong devoted member) knew where I was going and passed that info along. But this time, I'm fairly certain I never told anyone where I'd be moving to other than my parents, siblings, and maybe a couple of friends who have nothing to do with the church. So how did they find me this time?

I'm going to get my records removed but will I keep getting calls and texts from them anyway if I do? I just don't want them to waste their time on me and I really don't want to keep having to explain to every new companionship why I'm not interested and to please leave me alone.
