What do you think the church will look like in say 20-30 years?

One thought I had is they may do another thing similar to what they did with blacks in the church in 1978 but with LGBTQ groups. Specifically in terms of letting them marry in the temple(as long as they pay their tithing ofc💀). The other thought I had is they go hard in the other direction and stay there. Those are some basic thoughts I had but I’m curious what others think? What kind of “policy” changes will occur? Will there be more acknowledgment of bad church history as information becomes more accessible? Stuff like that
