So my brother is on a mission, he REQUIRES life saving medicine to be injected every 2 weeks. We have to ship the medicine to him and try to do so en mass so you can have like 2-4 months worth of medicine. Insurance won't approve for him to be able to get the medicine where he's at because it's a scam. (That's a whole different thing). My parents have asked that if there are missionaries leaving the MTC and flying to my brother mission or even the same area or like general if they could take the medicine with them so they know the medicine gets there in time and won't spoil as it needs to stay cold. So we would pack it in a lunch box with a million ice packs and the moment it arrives it's refrigerated then moved from fridge to fridge as it gets to my brother. The church has said that unless we know a missionary personally we cannot do that. So we now have to resort to shipping via mail the medicine and hoping it doesn't break, that it stays cold, and that it gets to him in time so he can have the shots before he either runs out or is running low that he has to stretch them. My family have been farting and praying for god to help with the insurance or fucking something so we aren't relying and the unreliable USPS system. No answer, no change. For 6 months. Today we found out that the medicine we shipped saturday is still in fucking SLC and it needed to be in my brother's area by today or it would have spoiled. 6 months worth of $1500/shot has fucking spoiled because the church can't be fucking bothered to let us ask a missionary to take life saving medicine that the church won't pay for or help us move insurance or anything over. Fuck the church. Fuck the mormon god if they are real for letting the medicine fucking spoil. (It is LITERALLY the absolute least gos could've done.) I'ms so tired. The church cannot be bothered. Fuck this shit.
