Hey guys, I’ve noticed several “I’m mad”, “I regret”, etc posts and I thought of this group when I saw this on FB. You might say I was “inspired” ahahah jk
Seriously though, we have to grieve, go through all the feelings but it’s important not to accidentally get stuck in painful feelings. Be angry, forgive yourself and do something great with the time you have left.
We are lucky, we are the ones who left and ended the cycle!
