I (43f) have been renting a room from an lds lady for over a year, she has an adult autistic son and I care for him in exchange for rent. I pay $50 a month rent in socal 🤣 which is insane, and I have had a rough life but I don't want to live with her anymore. Last time I talked to her about moving out she freaked out about who would take care of her son. She os also my tbm-but-inactive mothers bestie. I want to get a place with my best friends and have my boyfriend over and not feel judged. And the most important thing is that I want to say "I love you" to the people I live with and hear it back. When I attempted to move out before she got so worried and I was like, God will provide, this will be fine. And I was surprised at her lack of faith. I'm just, I'm so over living here id rather share a Two bedroom condo with My two best girlfriends. I just know she's gonna be negative about it. Any advice on What I could say to her. She is a very faithful mormon. Like she watches scripture videos in her free time sometimes for fun at night.
