"I hope I didn't do the wrong thing..."

My TBM father is visiting; I lent him my car to get to church today.
When he got home, we had a lovely day. At dinner, he said "I hope I didn't do the wrong thing...I was talking after church and the EQP president asked who my relative was that I was visiting, so I gave him your name and number....So, you may get a call from him."
I have no words.
