just turned 21… need some help

hi all! i recently just turned 21 and would love to start experimenting with alcohol but i have no idea where to start since i never grew up around it. i have had many seltzers but nothing crazy beyond spiked lemonades or dirty shirley’s. any advice? also i’m living in utah so not every drink is accessible
