Question about JW belief.. do they believe that every person who died before armageddon comes back?

Hey there
I am having an discussion with my cousin. We are both ex JW. I have been taught that everyone who dies, gets a new chance when the padadise arrives after armageddon.
My cousin has been taught that only JW's who died before armageddon is allowed to have a new chance at life after armageddon.
I don't get this...
Can someone clarify this?
