Marriage mates enforcing perverted sexual acts wouldn't be grounds for divorce

I get so enraged at the way watchtower brainwashes women to let themselves be abused. Here's a quote from an 03/15 83 watchtower

What, though, if one mate wants or even demands to share with his or her partner in what is clearly a perverted sex practice? The above-presented facts show that porneia involves unlawful sexual conduct outside the marital arrangement. Thus, a mateโ€™s enforcing perverted acts, such as oral or anal sex, within the marriage would not constitute a Scriptural basis for a divorce that would free either for remarriage.

WTF??? Getting over the fact that it's absurd to call oral or anal sex perverted, the overall gist of this is that your partner (one guess on if this likely to be the husband or wife) DEMANDS an act that their spouse feels is PERVERTED, they just have to stay and deal with it.

Why would they ever publish such a thing? So they are now denouncing a natural sex act so that if a person is made to do it, they are going to feel that they have harmed their relationship with God (Ridiculous) but then on top of that, instead of saying that you should NEVER DEMAND AN ACT THAT YOUR PARTNER FEELS IS PERVERTED ON THEM, they are just saying, if it happens it's not grounds for divorce. Seriously, WTF?

I know they have lightened up on telling married people what to do in their bedrooms, but I can't find anything where they corrected the notion of not raping your spouse.
