If you're like me you hate it when you're talking to a PIMI and they say "you sound like an apostate" or have you been on those "apostate" sites? Are you associating with "apostates"?

Just think if you could change the word "apostate" to "whistleblower." Though the word "apostate" shouldn't have any negative connotation , in JW circles they have successfully demonized this word beyond belief! "Apostate" is the absolute worst thing you can be.

However, I believe that if this community shunned that label (that's all it really is - a label) and systematically and consistently used the word whistleblower, over time this would have an impact.

"beware of whistleblowers!" just doesn't have the same ring to it.
