Would any of you say something if you saw an obvious bulge?

I often walk around in public with a very obvious half chub bulge in thin grey athletic shorts. Personally, I'm interested in women. Would any of you who are into exhibitionism actually approach me and say or do anything? Let's just assume you find me at least moderately attractive. Just curious.
