I need to get some things and no stores near me are open. Not even large retailers like Target or Petco. I forgot that it was a holiday today since I don’t celebrate anymore. Why would it be so hard for them to stay open and let Christian employees have the day off, but give the opportunity to work to everyone else? I’m sure there are people who would be happy to have the work hours today and are just as upset about being forced to take the day off as customers are.
I’ve had a really difficult weekend and all I want is to get out of the house for a few hours, but I guess I’m stuck at home, ruminating over my thoughts today. And my cats don’t get the new cat tree that I promised them. That is all.
