This is my first holiday season since getting out. Nativities have always been a huge part of decoration. Family members gift unique ones to each other, etc. I've had some since I was a very little girl, and took many with me when I moved out. I have so many christmas decorations that say"jesus is the reason for the season", etc. Some of these things have real emotional connection to them. But I also feel weird thinking about looking at them everyday. I feel like my holiday is tainted now. What did you do with your Christian objects? My scriptures and things are in a memory box now, I didn't toss out the "important" things. But nativities are meant for display, and I'm worried that the house will feel empty without them.
