Do You Ever Heal from Deconstruction

Post Body
I’ve left the church and have been deconstructing my faith for the last 5 years after growing up evangelical Christian and being in the church for 23 years of my life. I didn’t realize how deep religion goes until starting therapy a year ago and it just feels like it’s going to affect my life forever. Is there ever an end to deconstruction or is this something that I’m going to be processing for the rest of my life?
Also would love to know what helped you all in deconstructing?
