I'm looking to do something unique/weird with Exchange. We have an inhouse developer who uses Exchange/email to interface with their CRM for outside sales. The sales person can send an email with a character in the subject and whatever content in the body that needs to be added, or they can put something like 'r' in there and the system will email them a sales report.

What I'm looking to do is convert this email exchange to an interface of sorts. So the sales person can click a button and get the report or add text to a field to put it in a a comment/touch. I'm looking to use the custom fields that are provided for other details as well.

My question is does anybody have any ideas on how this could be accomplished or if it even could be. I know that Exchange used to have the EWS however it has been EOLed/deprecated.
