How can I automatically insert a whole column into another column without the 0 values (without filtering or copy paste)

Hi,
I've been trying to automate the process of getting one column into another one without any 0 values from the original, and with all remaining values shifted upwards (image for reference). Any ideas on a formula that can do that for me? Without me having to do it manually of course. Any help here would be very appreciated.
