Hello! I've been trying to work out a way to demonstrate this problem in excel. We have three ratings, a high,moderate, and low. If you score high at any time you are set to high. If you score 3 moderates or lows consecutively you can downgrade from high to moderate, or from moderate to low. You cannot downgrade from high to low without passing through moderate. You also cannot downgrade from high to low without passing through moderate. You cannot downgrade from moderate to low unless you have 3 consecutive lows.
Is there a way to demonstrate this?
