Creating a Spreadsheet that counts Days (features needed: skip days, weekdays only, skip weekends, show multiple days i.e. 6th date, 11th date, 16th date)

How's it going Excel geniuses! I'm wondering if there was a formula or any way really, to input a starting date and have excel count interval dates. I would need the excel sheet to skip weekends, holidays and certain judicial holidays (hopefully there can be a field to enter these judicial holidays)

For example: Input 01/01/2022 (3 dates needed: 6th date, 11th date, 16th date) (judicial holiday 01/17/2022) Result: 6th date: 01/10/2022, 11th date: 01/18/2022, 16th date: 1/25/2022.

The count in the example above only counted weekdays, skipped a judicial holiday that was on the 17th and any other possible holidays (that can be manually inputted).

Appreciate any help that I can get!
